VISIT TO WATERSTONES

Three Year 6 pupils – Frankie Gates, Emily Boswall and Rose Barson – have been selecting new books for the Resources Room (our non-fiction library). They recently visited Waterstones in Peterborough with Mrs Walker to advise her on the kinds of books that might appeal to some of our younger pupils and are pictured here with some of their choices, some of which have already proved to be very much in demand! The girls chose approximately £600-worth of new books – rewarded with a hot chocolate and cake in John Lewis afterwards! Just rewards for a successful afternoon’s work.
